ARTWORK COLLECTION FAQ’s
- lipstick and thread uses expired and unused lipsticks, facepaints, cream shadows that are all cleaned, scraped and disinfected with isopropyl alcohol before use.
- lipstick is pigment bound in oil and wax. As I’m using many different brands that have their own binding agents to their lipsticks aswell as final finishes, e.g matte / semi-matte / sheer / gloss / metallic / frost / glitter - the paintings vary texturally and can expose undertones of the lipsticks. With drying time, a slight yellow film may occur due to oxidisation.
- artworks are painted with a mix of makeup mediums/products/binding mediums and little oil paint to aid in the drying process.
- Artwork dimensions vary
- They are one off original pieces that can not be replicated however if there is an artwork that you like, I can create a similar design upon request. Please note that colour ways will differ as no two artworks can be the same.

- There is a flat rate of $20 to ship original paintings Australia wide. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 - 5 business days.

- There is a flat rate of $50 to ship original paintings Internationally. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 - 5 business days.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- Returns, refunds or exchanges are not offered on any artwork original or prints.
- Discounts do not apply on any artwork original or prints that is on sale.
- In the case of any returns approved by Teneille Sorgiovanni the customer must pay the return postage fee through the same shipping provider as the item was sent.
- No refunds will be made on commissions once the artwork has been approved, paid for in full and shipped out due to the time and work involved in a commission piece.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging prior to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside.
- I do not accept any returns based on an artwork ageing, fading or being effected by environmental factors including humidity, mould, light.
