Teneille Sorgiovanni Makeup Masterclasses are not accredited

Location & Parking
- In Studio bookings are located in Paddington, NSW, 2021. On street parking is available.
- For Cameron Jane Makeup Academy bookings, location is Pitt Street, Sydney, 2000
Parking: Broadway Shopping Centre
Public Transport: 2min walk via Central Station

Timing
- Please adhere to your booking time and arrive with a clean face to avoid the cleaning process shortening your lesson time as no additional time will be granted. 
- Should you arrive 15 mins passed the agreed booking time, the booking and payment made will be forfeited. 

Payments
- A non-refundable 50% of the reservation fee is required to secure your spot and the remaining fee can be made on the day of the service. 
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal or cash
- Bookings are not secured until the deposit is paid. If the deposit is not paid by the respective due date, the time slot will become available for others to claim.

Cancellations
- Booking deposits are non refundable or non transferable.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking, remaining payment will be charged.
- In the event you can no longer attend your class, Teneille will offer a date change on the workshop provided you give 7 days notice of the original booking.

Health & Safety
- Under no circumstances is Teneille responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. The onus is on the client/s making the booking to provide this information in advance.
This includes and not limited to any viruses, cold sores, eye infections or contagious skin conditions. If the client/s choose to not notify Teneille , Teneille reserves the right to refuse service and charge accordingly. 
- Teneille practises strict hygiene to ensure makeup kit, including brushes are well maintained and sanitised after each job
- In the event Teneille is unable to fulfil any bookings due to medical reasons, assistance will be offered to reschedule your booking date.

By securing your booking with a deposit, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Teneille Sorgiovanni reserves the right to alter these terms at any time without notice.
